Jashan Walia, an RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant), holds a license from the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, the official regulatory body for immigration consultants in Canada. Authorized by this regulatory body, he possesses the competence to advocate on behalf of clients before Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Service Canada, and the Provincial Nominee Program. In addition, he can provide guidance, consultation, and representation for client applications with the Department of Citizenship and Immigration (CIC), the Canadian Border Security Agency (CBSA), and the Immigration and Refugee Board, specifically for immigration purposes under Canada’s Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA).
